Hello. Maybe you could give me some advice. I workout at home I have some basic equipment. I'm running short on ideas how to improve my workout. I train 5-6 days a week. Twice a week I train every muscle groups. I put some videos in my profile so you could get an idea what kinda things I have at home. A video about this would be grate

Have you seen the "at home training" part of the forum ?
