I used to workout regularly I was at 190 but bloated due to the fact that I used to dirty bulk since I did not know about the lean bulk, I got discourage since I saw everything going to my belly and stopped taking all the supplements that I were on, so began working and stopped doing exercise since I don't have the strong will to wake up early in the morning so I went down to 160 again and lost some muscle gains due to the fact its been a year from that, but now I'm going to regain all those muscle back in a clean way and will sacrifice waking up early to do that, so NATION LETS GET THIS STARTED!!!!!!!
