Hello all! My name is Eric and this is the first online community involving fitness that I am getting involved with. I have been making serious improvements in my health since March 2017. I have noticed some real progress both in the gym and the kitchen. I am a welder for AEcom and work all over western Canada in the oil and gas industry. This makes it difficult to attain any serious consistency in the gym or with my nutrition. When you are in the camp hundreds of kilometers from any town or city you are forced to eat what the chefs prepare for you, and in some camps the gym is virtually non existent. Despite these minor set backs I have still been able to attain some real progress. In joining this online community I hope to make some friends to help with my mental strength and stay the course. January 2018 everything is going to change for me, as I am going back to school. I will be attending Dive Safe International and here I will be acquiring my Unrestricted Surface Supply and Commercial SCUBA endorsement. I will be blessed with 20 weeks of a consistent schedule. During this time I am going to complete one of Scott Hermans 12 week programs. Progress pictures will be unloaded during the program. Thanks all, I am excited to hear from anyone. As meeting people and making friends is my main goal in joining this online community.
