Started working out since college officially (so back when I was 19 in 2010) I would run 2-3mile running course inthe morning and go to school gym. From 2012-2014 I worked out at UIC rec center. After college, I joined Zip Fitness from 2015-2016. Starting Sept2016 to now, I\'m at Planet Fitness. When I do go to the gym, I\'m hardcore with what I want to do after watching Scott Herman videos on YouTube but because of school, and work and family matters, I get to go rarely like once in every 3-4 months.... so no gain was seen\r\nBut hope to use this 12 week program and stay committed to see GREAT results.!
