About Me   

I got up to 229 Sophomore year in high school. Got down to 172 with intense diet and working out (not worried about body building, just getting rid of fat) and now I put on a considerable amount of strength from where I was, however, I gained way too much fat in the process. My goal is to lose fat and maintain strength to be the strongest, and best looking me, possible.
