About Me
I've been on weight loss journey for more than 5 years. So far, have successfully kept off 40 pounds and have been on a roll lately dropping 10. Hope is to drop 10 more by losing fat and gaining more muscle. I'm a runner and love what weight training and yoga have done to help me get in best shape of my life. The bar keeps getting higher!
