31 year old accountant (but not the boring kind) from Dublin, Ireland. Been in and out of the gym over the last few years but due to the tough work schedule I've never been able to get a consistent routine going. I've followed SHF on YouTube for a few years and always get motivated to work out when I watch the videos. However, whenever I get into the swing of things something comes up in work to kill the momentum and gains and it's back to square one again! I got married in June 2014 and feel as though I owe it to my myself, and my wife, to live a healthy life to I can be on the planet and live happy for as long as possible. I'm not too out of shape but my waist line has been getting increasingly bigger over the last year. My discipline hasn't been the best but I recently started a new job which has allowed me to have more free time (no weekend work either which is sweet!!) and I joined a gym that I can use on my lunch break! 2017 will be the year I get in shape!!
