About 6 years ago I changed my relationship with food and fell in love with fitness, and with it my body began to change rapidly. I lost 52lbs of body weight before I discovered bodybuilding. I have a background in dance and I love to do anything that gets my blood pumping. I want to serve as a beacon for those who think they can't achieve their goals in or out of the gym.
