About Me
I've been working out since 2010 and I've tried many different styles of working out, strength training, body building, calisthenics, HIIT, My current routine is sort of a mix of strength training and body building. I was already pretty big and fairly strong, but this contest I entered was just the motivation I needed to step my training up a notch. Right now I'm just kind of toned but I want to get really ripped, like 300 spartan ripped. I'm excited to start this competition
