I started off this fitness lifestyle back in 2011. I was very much over weight, (190lbs) after having my second child. I have always had an issue with portion control (even till this day) when it comes to eating unhealthy foods. I was huge soda-holic. I cut it all cold turkey and lost a lot of weight fast. Dropped down to 107 pounds, did nothing but cardio. After an ankle sprain in 2017 was forced to significantly cut my cardio and focused on weight training.. my weight was up and down, and am now at 129 (last I checked, maybe 4 , 5 months ago) I am stronger, but not happy with where I am at. Looking to learn as much as I can to get to where I want to be :)
