My name is Brett. I played football in high school, was never really the biggest guy. I joined the Air Force a year after I graduated. Been in the Air Force for few years. Everyone I work with is big into fitness and in good shape. I wouldn't say I'm in bad shape, but I definitely want to improve myself. I go to the gym on and off. I'll do good for a while then I lose motivation. So, I stop for a few months and I lose what little gains I had. Well it's time to stop being a quitter. I want this, and I want to show people I can.
