Hey Everyone!!!! I'm 42 and a mom of 3 (now all adults themselves) getting ready to do my first bikini fitness competition this summer!! Yep, sounds crazy to me!! LOL But totally excited about it!!! I am a R.N., but not working currently to stay home with my 23 year old son with Cerebral Palsy. I train 6 days a week, and cardio 2-3 x's a week. I'm looking to get the most out of my workouts and make some gains, especially in my delts and all around legs. I have soooooo many questions about soooo many things and I welcome any and all tips and educational information!! :)
