My story started July 1, 2016 i weighed 390 lbs. I did not have a job at the time and i was just sitting on my couch playing video games. One day i was playing a game and got really bored an decided to go on a diet and try to lose some weight, so one of my buddies i used to play online with told me about a diet called Keto, so i decided to give it a shot and less than a year later approximately 10 months later i lost 172 lbs and down to 218 lbs. After i got down to 218 lbs i decide to step away from the keto diet as i felt like i lost a lot of muscle and so i wanted to take in more carbs and such cause i felt like i would regain my muscle back from working out. Four months later i somehow gained 50 lbs and i have no idea how i did not even eat that bad i mean i had fun sometimes but not that bad. So as of October 30, 2017 i decided to get back on track and get back down to what i was.
