First began my fitness journey thanks to one man, Scott Herman - you may have heard of him. My initial goal was to just get abs (loved the Ab pillow EXTREME workout) but after 3 years of training, shredded abs is the one thing I've yet to accomplish. I am on and off with my training, depending on whether or not I can afford a gym membership. Annoyingly this means I spend a lot of my time training to get back into peak shape, rather than making new progress. I have just had 3 and a half months out of training and have since lost 6kg and a girlfriend. I think it's time to get back in the gym, and hope muscle memory will do its work!
