Well after being tired of finding it so difficult to put on weight due to smoking! i finally stopped!! and said enough was enough no more ( will blog on that) and joined a local gym, tho not your average gym they focus on strengh and conditioning. power lifitng and olympic lifting.. seing these guys olympic lifting was abit too far for i wanted and looks dam dangrous! lol.. chucking 100 Kg over ya head then standing up, na not me, respect to those that do!.. i much prefer power lifting heavy shit feels good, muscle gain seems to be more of a side effect to power lifting. At the moment i have switched too body building style to gain more muscle and hopefully improve my power lifting goals... few problems with squats at the mo due to groin issues that seem to not go away...
