About Me
44 years old and at 308 lbs decided i needed to get my ass in gear and reverse the weight problems I've caused myself. I raced BMX bikes from 14 to about 25 years old and was in great shape spending time in a gym. This past New Years day 2018 I decided to get back on the BMX bike and try racing again. It's been almost a month and I've raced about 4 times now and I'm loving the sport again. The BMX keeps me motivated in the gym! I'm hoping to keep lossing the weight and gaining muscle/strength for my racing and of course overall health.
