I started out training when I was 16 and had no clue what I wanted to do or what I wanted to achieve, I was watching videos online of free runners pulling off these awesome stunts and flips, one of these was a flagpole hold, and i desperately wanted to be able to do this. So I progressed from doing numerous amounts of push-ups each day to the gym. Not training for very long made me quite out of proportion and this has affected the way I look today. At around 17 i was off and on with the gym, but as soon as I turned 18 I joined a gym and started getting into the habit of going day on and day off continuously, I have now been training solidly regularly for about a year and a half, i would hope to even out my body and get on stage and be one of the fully natural fitness models in the UK and hopefully perform outside the UK as a pro.
