I come from a family of fairly skinny people. In fact it has actually hindered me from gaining muscles for most of my life. I run a metabolism of almost 6,000 calories at rest and about 8,000 on workout days. Now I work as a Culinary Specialist. I can cook anything and everything given to me within reason and find healthier ways to prepare them. After becoming a Culinary Specialist, I've been able to study on how to gain weight and rebalance peoples nutrition for the better. Going from 118lbs now to 135lbs was no easy feat for me. I know I am able gain muscle but it will be an uphill battle for me.
