I have been working out as maintainance for about 4 years and used to run for 6 years before starting working out. I'm only recently trying to count calories again to try and bulk for the first time in 3 years. I haven't measured my body fat before but I joke that it's -3% with a 3% margin of error. For working out, I'm currently doing each muscle group once a week. I may push this up later, but by far my most lacking area to get gains is eating. I often struggle to eat even maintainance food, so I feel at least for a couple months doing any amount of working out with the proper food will do me wonders.
