About Me
Active and played HS football; starting college I really was not that active and when the next 15 years was really off and on active and yo-yo dieting. About two years ago I started lifting again consistently and slimmed down and gained muscle mass. I have not been able to get lower than 15% or so and currently close to 18-20%. I am looking to trim down to 12% hopefully within 2 -3 months and then start gaining lean muscle without the excess fat. I am an easy gainer (muscle and fat) and want to be better at staying lean or leanish while bulking.
