About Me

I'm an engineering student. And life in college can be...intense. I had enough to this life style, going to the bar 4 times a week, drinking to much alcohol, having projects but not doing anything to achieve my goals... I was in hong kong for an internship and wanted to change all that. I also wanted to get in shape and do judo again. So the 14 of August 2016, I started a program found on bodybuilding.com : the 12-week hardcore daily trainer of Kris Gethin. I was 63kg when I started. I knew that I needed something hardcore because I don't know how to do half measure and the goal was to prove myself I could be dedicated to something really strict, to get to know how I react confronted to temptation and difficulties. And I really surprised myself. I followed it very precisely, even through in HK with an intern salary it wasn't a piece of cake. I did my cardio twice a day, went to the gym two day out of three and ate my 6 to 8 meals a day, the same, every single day. It was easier than I imagined because it was really guided. I haven't cheated once in those 12 weeks and got amazing reasult. And I felt improvements in my life too : I woke up in the morning and did things with my day ! So I decided to continue this lifestyle. It coincide with my come back to france in November. I was 67kg by the time and had a lot less fat than when I started. I wanted to start building more mass while staying lean. I started the DTP program of kris gethin, for 4 weeks, 4 training a week, replacing cardio with judo, eating 3000kCal a day. It was really difficult for me to change all my habits and get a lot more freedom in my meal plan. I struggled at the beginning, but got use to it after a couple of weeks. After the dtp, I started to build my own plan, taking advice from different sources, still keeping those 4 training a week, because it matches my judo training 3 days a week. Since then I had a few cheat meals, for a party, and for Christmas. I'm now around 70kg, I'm still quite lean and still want to build more muscle. As i'm pretty new in bodybuilding, I know I still got a loooot to learn, that's why I'm here !
