In March 2015 I was paralyzed from the waist down from a staph infection in my spinal cord. The doctor told me I might die and when I didnt he said I would be paralyzed for the rest of my life. Now think how a 19yr old kid that was a two sport athlete in high school was supposed to take that news. Well three short months later I was walking again and my PT told me I could go work out again but my grandfather died in October the greatest inspiration on my life. I went into a dark space not really going to the gym as often until around February and that is when I turned my life around. Now Im 21 going into my third year of college as an athletic training major at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA
