About Me
I'm a 61 year young man and have tried to keep fit all my life. I'm finding it difficult to force muscle growth at my age which makes me more determined to achieve it. I've also had mitro valve repaired in 2009 which stripped me of all my strength. Time to rebuild and looking for a routine to get there. I found Scotts site and feel he is a great instructor and motivator.
