About Me
I’m a 26 year old welder in local 267 that was very out of shape and over weight since I was about 14-15 one day something clicked and I decided to take my life back after going from an all time high of 285 in 2016 now I’m down to 208 and am look to really add muscle while lowering my body fat percentage starting the 12 week challenge 8/8/18 so let’s see how it goes
