About Me
Ive spent the last 7 years preoccupied in the Army, now that I am on my way out and heading to school, I am getting into the science behind fitness. I will be taking my bachelors degree in Nutrition Science and then will be attending PA School. My goal is to try and offer future patients an alternative to just taking medication by showing them how lifestyle changes can alleviate many of their problems.
