Hey, I'm about 6 months in to working out on a regular basis and it feels pretty awesome. I'm finally getting to the point where I feel that with my work ethic and my expectations I can get to my goal of 195-200 pounds solid. My problem in the past was that I was somewhat of a head case toward myself which is normal, but it was preventing me from reaching my goals in athletics and in life as well, as a result my confidence took the brunt of it which definitely sucked but I feel like a stronger man because of it. I'm the type of dude who basically looks pissed off at the gym but the way I see it is that it's my motor so it's just got to stay focused on what needs to be done, and it's all good.
