I got started in fitness and working out when i reallized how fat and out of shape i was. I began this journey in June 2013 with a weight of 210 pounds. By now october 2013 im down to 165 and feeling awesome! I totally love all fitness advices i get from scott, since he has helped me all the way in my transformation...
