About Me   

I'm just an average guy who is trying to be the best me I can be. I played high school football at 270lbs my senior year. I took a break from the gym from 2006 to 2008 because of work. In 2008 I finally got back in the gym and began to put in the work. I am currently 165lbs and I am active duty Army. My goals are to drop my body fat from 12% to 10%, which is where I was in 2010 before I joined the Army. I eventually want to get to 8% body fat.
