Moved from Ecuador to Canada for school. I have lived a pretty active life but as I've gotten older I started noticing that I just wasn't feeling healthy. My knees and back started to hurt frequently, I felt as if I lacked energy all the time. I decided to change my lifestyle and start training regularly, I am improving my nutrition and for all this I have followed, Scott's guidelines and training routines. I am now taking the 12 week challenge for the second time! I have to admit that I have dropped the ball in terms of my health and fitness in the last part of 2016 but I am excited to get back on track with the 5- day program in the next 12 weeks!
