Hey, Scott! 
I have been doing this 5 day bodysplit program for four weeks now, and I have already seen amazing results! So now that I have come to the deload week, I wonder how I should do the exercises with sets, reps and weight during this week. And should I continue doing the burn sets?

@vegardoyre Glad to hear you've been making so much progress with the program man! What you could do during the deload is simply follow the program, but just do 3 regular sets of each exercise (don't include burn sets). And don't go as heavy as possible on all 3 sets, lower the weight from what you would normally do. You don't have to totally cut the weight in half (because you are already cutting out the drop sets) but maybe do 70% of what you would normally do for your first set.
