Hi guys - after a couple of years of daily gym/swim and improved diet I'm ready for some critique as to what I need to work on next. Also, quick poll... when it comes to pecs... smooth chest, or a little hair?

@Tom82 It's all a matter of perspecitve and personal preference man. What do you see as your weak points?
And for the chest hair.. again.. personaly preference haha. If you are going for aesthetics I would say minimal hair so that you can really see that chest definition!
Weak points? Gotta be legs... feel they’re lagging a long way behind and looking a bit out of proportion. Always tough focusing on legs when I’m seeing good gains up top... but I know I need to change my priorities for a while to get my the gains on legs whilst maintaining upper-body.
Hey Tom, the overall physique looks pretty good and balanced to me. From my perspective you should keep focusing on general strength and getting bigger as a whole. Maybe even doing a small cut to reveal the muscle definition will serve you. Hope this helps!
Thanks! Yeah, I think I’ll do a bit of a cut - I’ve not yet done one, so would be really interesting to see the difference it would make :-)
@Tom82 Maybe it's just a matter of a little more frequency and/or volume for the legs then! Lots of squats and hit the calves multiple times a week if you think they need some work!
As long as you're still training your upper body too, you can get a visual guideline of when everything is starting to balance out more and which point you can maybe reduce the leg training a bit back to normal.
