So I started getting back into shape in January. Through May I ate 1800 calories a day, didn't track macros, and dropped from 235lb to 200lb. I took June off and ate 2700 calories a day and maintained. Then from July to now I've been eating 2300 calories a day with 35% protein, 30% fat, and 35% carbs. I meet my macros 4-5 days a week. I've since dropped from 200 to 190. also from January through June I was doing 3 week of full body with a couple days of cardio and then July through the first half of September I did 5 a week splits with a couple days of cardio and then I just switched back to full body 3 days a week in a couple days of cardio. Should I continue cutting?
