I'm 18 and weigh 75kg with around 14% body fat. I have been training for 14 months and put on 13kg of muscle. I mostly just did 5x5 barbell bench press twice a week for chest however have been trying 3 sets of 8 reps of dumbbell bench press and flyes for the last month. Although, my chest is growing outwards (looks worse in person). I only bench around 65kg 5x5 but that's a lot more than what I was initially doing. How can I fix this?
