About 30-45 minutes before you go to workout have 2 scoops of N.0 Xplode 2.0, 1  scoop of Amino X, and 4 Nitrix tablets! All of these are BSN products. Combine the N.0 Xplode and the amino X together and blend or stir well in about 8-10 ounces of water. Immediately after drinking it consume the 4 Nitrix tablets. By the time you start your workout the effect should start kicking in. About 3-4 sets into  your first exercise your muscles will be tingling and by the end of the workout you will have experienced one of the best pumps you've ever had! If you feel as good as I did you most likely will break some PR's! Give this stack a shot if you are a serious athlete who trains hardcore! You will love it!

It looks like to me that after that concoction it seems like someone would be able to train in SUPER SAIYAN GOD MODE!!! haha  I love it!  BSN makes some amazing products for sure and they defintiely stack well.  I love doing AMINO-X after my workouts as well.  The boost in bood leucine levels really helps to off set muscle breakdown. :)

Great post! #HTH

Sorry for intrerupting your BSN discussion but i have a question regarding some suppliments.

How about Herbalife ? Lol ! Don't laugh now cuz my mom became a herbalife distribuitor and she and her herbalife consultants keep pushing me to try out some of their products that will help me build some muscle..

The problem is I never heard someone building muscle with herbalife !

I'd like to mention i'm working out for about 7 months and i lost almost 6kg of fat. From like one or two months ago i stopped losing weight and maintaining it. I have aprox 11-12% BF.

Any suggestions about Herbalife ? Should I start taking their products at least for the start ?

Hey Vlad1992,

It is tough to judge an entire brand. My suggestion is that you check the content of the supplements you are questioning. In the case of protein powder for example, check the protein source (whey, casein or milk protein are all good sources).  I also would check how many grams of protein you get per seving. Generally, I would want at least 22 - 25 grams of protein per scoop to make sure I am getting the most bang for my buck. Protein isolates are also great because they contain almost stritcly protein but are typically more expensive. I also watch for carb content, espcially if you are looking to decrease body fat.

As far as pre-workout energy, also check the ingredients. As far these go, it is a personal preference. Try them and see how you feel. I don't think there is a prescription for the right one. Some people do well with nitric oxide promoters while others prefer the typical blend of caffeine, guarana, vitamins, etc.

I will say that I have heard that Herbalife supplements are more expensive than what is out there in the market place. And a small price difference might make a huge dent in the long haul. Especially if you are taking different types of supplements every single day.

Hope that helps! :)

Personally I have heard of Herbalife but I have never used any of their products. I'm a BSN guy myself and their products are always very satisfying and effective!
