This is a pre workout that I heard about and was wondering if I should use it.

Thats the preworkout.

I was wondering based of the ingredients and all the information on the link, should i take this? i was having doubts because it says its a testosterone booster. Reviewers say that its completly natural that it just keeps your normal amount of testosterone running at its max. It also has 325mg of caffeine. I dont really understand most of the ingredients its listing so i was wondering based of your testosteron booster video you might be able to help.

Thanks.

Fez,

This is pure marketing hype and a waste of money. Scott has already done 2 YouTube videos about Testeosterone boosters. The bottom line is the only thing testosterone boosters boost is the bullshit meter. They are pure bunk. Your testosterone has to be increased at least 400-1000% over normal levels to see significant muscle growth. The only "supplements" that do that are anabolic steroids which this site does not advocate.

I wouldn't waste your time or money on this in just eat a solid meal plan, train hard and get plenty of rest and your testosterone and GH levels will rise on their own. I think G.A.T. really stands for Guaranteed A Trick :-)

I just want to confirm that its not steroids right? im not bothered if its not really boosting my testosterone the reason i wanted to get it is because of the extra energy it gives you most people have said its one of the best for giving you a lot more energy for your workouts. I already have a good meal plan and workouts just wanted something to give me a bit of a boost in my workouts.

Fez,

It is not a steroid. Instead of paying money for a supplement with caffeine in it, just drink some tea or coffee before your workout. It is much cheaper and it will have the same effect. Spending money for a bunch of ingredients you don't need plus some added caffeine is inefficient in my opinion. I drink 1-2 cups of green tea before my workouts and I have plenty of boost for my workouts - and I am doing high volume training where I am doing anywhere from 450 to 500 total reps per 60 minute workout :-)

I've actually used this pwo before and I like it. Yeah it's true, you don't need a preworkout. But definitely packs more of a punch than coffee or tea, that's for sure.
