As everyone that reads my post know im very tight on time cause of a new baby and very strapped for cash.

Ive looked into making my own pre work out and for the amount of times i can get to the gym its not a worth making my own money wise.

Now im looking at  supplementwarehouse were they sell alot of stuff really chear thats either close to expiring and really has.

If stored correctly a suppliment can last up to 10 years and only gets a date put on it so the company isnt liable for anything after the date. there is no law that supliments need a date.  After the date how ever its possible for the suppliment to loose its potency(cant spell)

Now my question and thinking is if i can buy my normal NO xplode 30 servings for $30

or i can try some of the kinds they sell thats 72 serving for $9.99 but expired last month.

It seems like it might be worth me investing and trying the cheap stuff and if its not having the affects because of possible loss in potency then i can just take 2 scoops instead of 1. that would still make 30 servings 9.99 and alot cheaper

Im not thinking this as permanant,  just till financially stable in a few months

AKA

($700 to fix car)

($350 to pay taxes on car)

Regular bills

Once caught up and i have extra spending money again going back to the normal fresh stuff

What do you guys think?

Robb,

What you are forgetting is supplements lose their potency and effectiveness when expired. While they may not harm you, their effectiveness is gone. You are basically buying a bunch of waste product that will not provide the desired effects. I would highly recommend not doing this. If you are not hitting the gym consistently or sporadically, just eat as much nutritious food as possible and skip the supplements and their added cost.

If you're worried about being tired, why not try something like coffee, green tea, or some kind of fruit just before you workout?? That might help give you a shot of energy.

Don't forget about simple things like body weight exercises! Push-ups, pull ups (on a door frame or a shelf if you don't have a bar), squats, star-jumps, burpees, all that good stuff. You can get some pretty good workouts in with those.

And you can add weight to things by loading up a back-pack and throwing it on your back, things like that. Sure, it's not the same as going to the gym and pumping iron, but it's better than nothing.

And yeah man from NZ! haha :)
