Quinnton,

I will be totally blunt with you only because supplements like these have been a topic of discussion many times on this board. Bullnox is bullshit. I went to their website and it is yet another company claiming their stuff boosts NO as well as testosterone. The reality is the only way to significantly increase NO so that it makes a difference is to take nitroglycerin tabs. There is a reason these are only prescribed for heart patients with angina. The only way to significantly boost testosterone levels so that it makes a difference is to use anabolic steroids. Period. Taking supplements like this is like pissing in the ocean hoping to raise the sea level......it ain't going to happen. Only huge arctic glacial shelves melting will raise sea level - in this analogy nitroglycerin and steroids.

Take that for what it is worth as it is your money and your body :-)

As to your question, they want you to take it on an empty stomach so that it does not compete with food to be absorbed in your digestive tract so it will be more "affective."

@jmboiardi is right.

To see significant growth you need your nanograms per dL to be around 3,000. Average testosterone in males is 220 - 1020 ng per dL and a test booster will only show gains if you are in the low end of the AVERAGE.

Reason being is because if your diet, sleep, and recovery is junk you are not optimizing your test levels naturally.

If you just did everything you could to optimize your test levels naturally, you wouldn't see any changes if you took a test booster.

you should take on empty stomach because food will slow down absorption

If you only want to raise your test then no, it's a waste of money. If however you want to get pumped up to crush it at the gym, avoid getting sick and get a nice pump, then it's probably one of the best all-in-one supplement's on the market. I wrote up a full first-hand review of why it's dope, what makes it stand out from other pre-workouts and tooks some pics. With all respect, you can read the review here.

The original question isn't even about test, it's about taking it on an empty stomach. I can account that this sucks, I'd either get a stomach ache or be trying to force it from puking up 20 minutes into my workout. I always ended up taking it like 40-50 minutes AFTER a meal before working out.. that way my stomach seemed to handle it and I'd get killer workouts done.

Exactly what is in that product that will avoid getting you sick ? Will this ingridient make it so that I will never get sick ? This does not at all sound possible, I eat very healthy and even take multi vits, some minerals and omega 3 on the side... I still get sick, like everyone else does, maybe less frequently, but there is nothing that can completely avoid getting you sick.
