What up Marc!!!

So here is the deal!

  1. N.O.-Xplode 2.0
    • This product is meant to give you energy and focus and the best PUMP during your workouts.  It DOES contain stimulants so if you have a tolerance for them start off with half a scoop just to make sure you are not up all night after your workouts!
  2. Hyper FX
    • This product is meant to give you enery and focus WITHOUT the pump feeling.  Some people don't want the pump as it can slow you down when running or circuit training etc. Contains stimulants as well.
  3. NITRIX
    • Does everything N.O.-Xplode 2.0 does except there are NO STIMULANTS and this is in pill form.  They will be releasing this in POWDER form soon
  4. AMINO-X
    • This is your source of BCAAs.  Keeping leucine levels high in your blood is how you promote muscle growth and prevent muscle breakdown

My recomendation

  1. N.O.-Xplode 2.0
  2. AMINO-X

If you want to get something for recovery, CELL MASS is a great choice as well.  :)  CELL MASS contains CONCRETE creatine and a formula that helps your body absorb the creatine quicker.  I take this AFTER my training sessions.

NO Xplode is the best pre-workout on the market in my opinion. I'm also a huge advocate of taking BCAAs intraworkout so I suggest Amino-X as an intraworkout. Then use your isolate as a post workout shake.

You probably havent tried Craze xa-0xa-0xa0-ax0-xa0-ax0-
I know different preworkouts work differently for different people...but man... that Craze stuff is insane..its like you re on drugs.
I had to stop it though cause the stimulants in it ( and generally in all PWs) , give me stress and anxiety. Cant sleep, heart is pounding etc etc.

Conclusion :

The best preworkout is getting your mind right before stepping in the weight room. :)
