I have recently bought some suppliments from USC nutrition.com and have found that the shakes leave a powdery feel at the back of my throat asif its not dissolving/blending properly. I most likely wont be buying from them again depending on the reply i get from the company about why i'm getting this.
I was just wondering what preferences people had out there for a good suppliment pre and post workout. I have been reading up alot of Biotrust Nutrician, has any one else used these before?
Trying to make some sence of a crazy world trying to blind me with science and all i want is something that tastes nice and actually does what it sais on the packaging.
All help is appreciated

Here is a link to the post workout shake that I take. Its a mix of 32 grams of protein and glutamine. It belnds really well and helps my body recover really fast so I'm ready for my workout the next day. I still need to make a post about my preworkout shake but I'll be sure to come back and link that as well.

Hey Dave, nice to see another UK member here haha
There is a great supplement company here in the UK called Reflex Nutrition. Their instant whey protein contains over 80% whey over all flavours. In addition it’s made using 100% Green Renewable Energy, lab tested for protein and much more. As it is instantanious, it disolves fully and leaves no powder precipitate when it comes to drinking it. The protein content is high and very pure. Also, in a standard 2.27Kg tub, you get 90 servings!
Seriously great protein. Its main competitor is Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard Whey which is also very high quality protein that tastes great.
If your interested in Reflex instant whey, I've posted the link to their website so you can read up on them but don't buy from there, It's really expensive lol Get it on Amazon uk or Discount Supplements uk. I've posted the links to them also. In terms of flavours, they're all really nice but my favourite is chocolate mint. Damn good.
I've only ever used two so I'm sure someone else may have a better option for you but I've found BSN's N.O Xplode to be very good. You can find it on discount supplements again below
It's a great idea to look at the reviews of these sort of things from other people to get a firm grasp on the effects before you purchase it. I get a great pump from it and no real crash. Just make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day when using pre-workouts. Stay hydrated bro.
Let me know what you think anyway, hope you get sorted out with something that works for you :P #HTH

Thanks Declan, I do tend to check out Amazon uk as i used to get my Maximuscle cheaper on there than anywhere else but i'm not a fan of the flavours they offer anymore. I recently started following Discount suppliments on Twitter but havn't really taken the oppertunity to have a proper nose through their site yet. Definately will now though, and yes it's nice to finally find another uk member on here lol!
