I recently started using n.o. Explode 2.0 for an extra boost of energy for my cardio workouts just out of curiosity to see how it effects me because I felt I was lacking towards the end of my sessions which is when I begin my cardio. Anyway I've used it 3 times now and each time I've noticed it creates an "itchy" sensation mainly in my upper body 30 min after taking. This is probably the timing of it entering my blood stream. It's not unbearable but a little annoying and doesn't last all that long or maybe I'm just ignoring it because of the intensity of my lifting. I'm guessing it's probably an allergic reaction to something into mix. Not a BIG deal really because I don't break out or anything and it's not affecting me other than what I've mentioned. So my question is, all you users of this product, do u experience any side effects of this nature or any others? Just curious...

Hey man.

No its definitely not an allergic reaction. Its just the beta-alanine in it. Beta- alanine is a supplement very similar to creatine but it gives you endurance instead of strength. So its best for high volume workouts and cardio of course. Its "side effect" is itchy sensation or/and burning in the face, hands, groin, chest..and its not really a side effect, it just means you took some beta-alanine! I personally used a 100% beta-alanine product and I was using a dose of 5 grams and it really burned and scratched the hell out of me :D As, you use it more and more, the side effect decreases or disappears because your body gets used to it. Some people love the tingly feeling though, some people really hate it so they avoid beta alanine products.

To avoid this I would just lower the dosage of it a little bit, but the itching is nothing to worry about

Wow really? I have never experienced that before. But I have been drinking pre-workouts since I was 14. I probably have a much bigger tolerance than most people.

Just bought it and used it once. Was surprised abouth the pressure it gets. Had some in a plastic bottle and shaked it with water.

the toggle was blown of the bottle lol. Well if it gives the same strength to my muscles.....

think it helped during the workout.... Looks like I had more energy. Btw, have also the pure mass and take bcaa afterwards, that's okay?
