Hey SHF Nation,

I recently purchased a good deal of Synthia-6 Protien for a very good price but was wondering how to store it since I probably now have about 6 months of supply. Any suggestions?

Hey John, if you are talking about a few tubs of the product as long as you don't break the seal they will be ok...ie have one tub on the go at a time. As long as you keep the lid on the one your using, keep out of direct sun and store in a cool, dry place there should be no issues.

i presume they are well in date?

I would say if you keep them in a cupboard or in the pantry or something they should be good as gold.

a "dark" place is important (hence why protein cans are never 'clear') and dry.

It shouldn't be too warm, but also not too cold, as both states can cause moist to appear within the plastic can and ruin the content.

Best is a place where you know it has a stable temperature. Good distance to anything that changes temperature around it. (like ovens, radiators, heaters, microwaves, waterboilers etc. )

Then you should be fine.

I have mine in the bottom of the wardrobe. =)
