hello everyone

Chalk this up under "bullshit". Hair loss is a genetic phenomenon caused by oversensitivity of hair follicles to DHT - DihydroTestosterone. DHT is 10 times more powerful than testosterone and is created by the enzyme 5 alpha reductase converting testosterone to DHT. DHT is responsible for your androgenic (male sexual) characteristics and the male body has the most DHT receptors in the scalp, skin, genitals, and prostate.

The sensitivity to DHT is determined by your genes and is why some men have more body hair than others and some go bald and some don't and some get BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia) as they get older. Creatine and its metabolites have NOTHING to do with DHT production or hormone balances in the body. Whoever posted this on Google has a lack of brain cells - which is caused by an entirely different issue :-)

As stated above, creatine has nothing to do with testosterone production. Creatine is in some of the foods you eat. Put simply, creatine is the part of the energy production process that helps with short burst activities like sprinting, weight lifting, etc. Creatine is a very well studied supplement and to my knowledge the side effects are minimal.

I am not so sure about it. But I read on the web that creatine may increase the rate of baldness. Stress, too much vitamin A, anemia, lack of protein may also cause hair loss. My sister lost her hair because of some health problem. She read on the internet about Hair beauty supply online products. These products are helping a lot to regain the hair. Onion juice helps to treat the problem of hair loss due to its high sulfur content. Apply the juice directly onto the scalp. It helps to improve the blood circulation to the hair follicles. This will help to prevent hair loss.

Hair loss in women is not caused by DHT as women produce much smaller amounts of the hormone testosterone and have no need to convert it to DHT. Stress, certain foods, low estrogen, and vitamin deficiencies can cause hair loss in women. Creatine is not one of them as it is not a hormone nor involved in any hormonal pathway.

The only way to suppose any correlation for creatine with hair loss - and this would be a HUGE stretch - is that creatine increases energy availability in the muscle. This is turn leads to more endurance and stronger contractions and more muscle mass therefore increasing your testosterone levels due to the increased training - but not the creatine directly. Increased testosterone leads to more DHT in those with overactive 5-alpha reductase and susceptible hair follicles. Correlation in no way is causation and this correlation is a stretch.

Buzz your head or don't take the Creatine.

I have never met anyone that has hair loss as a direct result of Creatine use.

It may have potential to cause balding for whatever reason provided in articles as evidence, but if you are already prone to MPB than the hair loss won't be due to Creatine use.

Well, it's not like people can know what caused their hair loss.

and it's not like your hair couldn't be thicker if you didn't use creatine. And in my video, I didn't state that it causes hair loss. I just said that some studies showed that it might trigger the start of hereditary ballness.
