Workouts have been pretty intense and so on top of the protein intakes, I've been filling up on some serious CM. Gotta reboot somehow, eh? But only after the hard lifts do I fill up. (which here recently they've all been deserving!)

 

Do you take any post-workout recoveries?

I'm 27, I'm male, I'm trying to maintain a healthy but nice physique. I weigh about 195, 6'0 I've got four large passions in my life! Sports! My Lord and Savior! P.E.! And last but not least..... Besides a protein shake post workout, I also take BCAA capsules.
