Incline dumbell press and incline chest press are really good exercises for the upper pecs. I also like incline cable crossovers aswell as calpping push ups and incline flys. So all of the incline movements aid in the upper pec area, however never neglect push ups as a great exercise. If it is too easy either add 50 more reps or more weight and your chest will be burning not only in the upper pec area

Great suggestions by William.  Sean88, you should also try to do incline pressing FIRST. That way you have all your energy ready to target the area.

The incline dumbbell chest press is my favorite exercise for the upper chest, and I credit this exercise for building my upper chest. I usually do 4-5 sets of 8-12 reps for this exercise when I train chest.

Yeah I agree with Nathan and William on the whole incline press. Just a few tips to consider when incline pressing though. Your upper chest works throughout a range of incline degrees so don't just stick at the same incline. I also add low to high cable flyes to my upper chest routine focusing on going from shoulder extension to shoulder flexion whilst horizontally adducting the shoulders.

Yeah I agree Daniel. I like to set the incline differently each time, but typically I favor the 3rd of 4th notch.

Yeah, also switch up which exercise you start with on chest day.  Some days start flat, some days start with incline.

I love doing incline dumbbell chest flys too.  Angle your wrists in toward your face at the top of th movement.  I LOVE the pump! :)

Scott is on the money here.  I prefer dumbells for all chest work as I feel it is best for developing size and shape.
