scott i was in the best shape of my life 3 months ago just after i finished month 1 of cheat and recover. Then i had a holiday and my routine just went out the window but now i wanna get back on the program and be bigger than ive ever been. Do u recommend maybe doing 2 weeks of month 1 to ease into it then switching to month 2?

Also hows florida bro? And whens the ios app dropping that will defo help me stay on track more haha

@jamiehunter456 Well.. if you have only done MONTH 1 so far, and that was 3 months ago, I'd suggest simply running through all of MONTH 1 again to fully get back into the swing of things.

Have you been training at all over the past 3 months?

And Florida is good thanks man! App should be out soon.. just need approval from Apple! https://newapp.muscularstrength.com/

@jamiehunter456 Yeah N.O. -Xplode might help! Haha. But I think starting with MONTH 1 again is a good idea. If you stick to the program and the rest periods, it will get you back to intense training. Maybe do it for 2 weeks and then move onto MONTH 2 if you want to be training more often (6 days per week) for more frequency though!
