Hey guys im currently doing Scott's push pull legs program and im currently doing legs, push, pull, rest, repeat but im trying to start working out 6 days a week which means doing a push day tomorrow but my triceps are still sore which means they will still be a little bit sore tomorrow.I also wanna note that my triceps are maybe a lagging part of my body even though my arms have grown like 3 cm this summer the biceps to triceps ratio is still 1:1.Should i do it or i will just waste my time. Also there are some days where i just cant sleep enough because of university(im not someone who can fall a sleep anytime of the day) so should i just workout through the soreness on these days.

@nikiking It depends how sore they are. If they're still really sore, it's probably not a good idea to hit them again, because they won't be fully recovered. If they're only a tiny bit sore, it's probably OK to hit them again.

Have you only just started the PPL program? If you have, and haven't finished MONTH 1 yet, I suggest you finish MONTH 1 first, where you're only training everything once a week. Hopefully by the time that first month is over, you won't be getting as sore anymore.

Make sure you are stretching post-workout, and foam rolling if you have to as well!

@nikiking So glad to hear that man! Better make sure you are stretching them and foam rolling them to keep them from getting too sore then. Full body program coming soon! Oh yeah!!
