I missed a workout last week so yesterday morning I did 2 workouts in one session. I set a new squat PR an new pr on bench and a new pr on skull crushers. 

Today I am absolutely spent. I feel weak and feeble Haha. I'm chillin and eating for recovery. 

Yeah I'm a dummy.

@Herculesinwyo I wouldn't say you're a dummy. You just pushed yourself to the limit man, nothing wrong with that if you are taking today to recover! Setting PRs after missing workouts - no excuses! Keep it up man 🏋

I'm feeling much better tonight, took it easy today. I had the day off from work too.

I have noticed my intensity is infectious at the gym, other guys notice they could be putting out more effort and next thing you know the gym is rocking. I love how my work ethic motivates others.

I was gonna make a post about how intensity is infectious at the gym.
