I was wondering do the wide grip cable rows stand a chance when it comes to lat activation? I really feel them in my upper/mid traps. I lowered my pull-up/chin-up volume so I can add in some of these rows. In total I am doing about 11 sets of pull ups and about 7-8 sets of rows.. Do you think my lats are getting enough attention for maximum growth? (almost passed the novice phase planning to bulk soon i'm still a bit overweight so i'm just trying to lean down right now BUT i am asking if this is good enough volume for when i do bulk)

@faijaii Wide-Grip cable rows can be great for your lats! But what's even better (if you're not doing them like this already) is to do them with an under-hand grip. It doesn't need to be super wide, maybe shoulder width or just outside, and that will hit your lats super hard!

Did you also see my video for lats I released last week?

@faijaii You can if you notice you have a particular body part that is lagging!
