Hi guys, im ectomorph guy, my age is 22 my body weight is 104lbs, im skinny, what can you suggest to me to start with? i view the push pull legs programs but as an ectomorph i cant do multiple work out at once. i tried hard gainer routine but im having hard time doing it because i dont have strength to do it

@Jam13 Just because you might not be super strong yet doesn't mean you can't do the hardgainer routine man, or the PPL program. You can do them, you just have to work to your own strengths. As long as you're pushing yourself and you're hitting the target rep range, it doesn't matter what the weight you're using is. If it's hard for you, then no matter what the weight is, you can build muscle with that weight and progressively get stronger.

The main thing is getting yourself in a calories surplus. Go to the @mealplan page so you can get some target macros and calories to start hitting daily. Being a hardgainer just means you need to eat more food ðŸ˜ðŸ’ª
