Hi. I have been training for a while now and am planning to change the way i train. I am planning 6 days training and 1 day off(push, pull, legs, push, pull, legs, rest). Is this appropriate for an training or should i break it in between(P,P,L, rest, P,P,L,rest)?

I just want to make sure that training 6 days in a row will not negatively affect my gains or recovery or injure me)

(Im an ectomorph)

Thanks.

@Kanwarsgill You can train either of those ways. Give it a try training 6 days on and one day off and see how you feel. If you feel like you need the extra day of rest in-between doing each PPL run through, then add in that extra rest day.

Remember, if you're an ectomorph, that means you need to focus on your eating more than anything if you're struggling to gain weight!

Are you going to be doing the PPL program on the site? https://muscularstrength.com/Push-Pull-Legs
